Thanks to Paul at RIO Sound and Vision, I’m sitting here on a train listening to a live rendition of Lola on a very nice pair of Audio Technica CKX9is earbuds.
I ordered a different and cheaper pair a while ago, and RIO was out of stock.
Immediately their customer service stood out; they got in touch and offered an immediate refund should I not want to wait. I chose to wait.
A while later, it became apparent that their supplier wasn’t going to be able to ship the model I ordered. So Paul gave me a free upgrade to the CKX9is model, and expedited the shipping.
I know where I’ll be making my next audio equipment purchase :)
